Hey y’all! My name is Sabrina and I am a 26-year-old who found myself through my adventures of stepping outside my comfort zone. For me, that means stepping into a new country, exploring new cultures, meeting new people, spending time in nature, and moving to a new city every 3 months as a travel nurse. I’ve made it a point to get outside my comfort zone over the past couple years and in doing so I have found myself, grown my confidence, learned how to be alone, and become a happier/better person overall. I want to inspire others to do the same, to get out of their comfort zone and to find their adventure.

I have made my adventures a priority in my life. In do so, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to over 16 countries in the past 4 years, and I have no plans of stopping anytime soon. I will share my experiences, tips and tricks, and advice to help you make the most of your adventures – whatever they may be. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone, so why wait any longer?
In 2018 alone I lived in 3 different cities and visited 8 different countries! I got to explore 6 new national parks, hike all around northern California, learn to scuba dive, go wine tasting in Napa Valley, visit the most beautiful Lake Tahoe 4 different times, road trip the California coast in a Volkswagen van, bungy jump in New Zealand, hike over frozen lakes and waterfalls in Rocky Mountain National Park, ride (and survive) motorbikes in Vietnam, climb multiple volcanoes (some at sunrise), play with elephants (again), ride a water buffalo, become a duck leader, see the lantern festival in Chiang Mai Thailand, see the amazing waterfalls in Laos, play with wild monkeys in Bali, go farther into a cave than I ever thought possible, hike the most stunning mountains in New Zealand, and got into a relationship after being single for 2.5 years. All these amazing things happened because I continued to push myself out of my comfort zone and I put good energy out into the universe.

You don’t have to buy a $1,000 plane ticket to start your adventures. Start small. Go to a new coffee shop, say hi to a stranger on the street, start a conversation with someone new at work, go on a weekend road trip, take a hike, camp under the stars…you get my drift? Just do something different and uncomfortable. Experience something new! The world is too great of a place to not explore it. The more you do it, the easier it will become. You’ll thank yourself in the long run!

I pay a visit everyday a few websites and sites to read content, however this blog gives feature based articles.
